Terms of Service

1. Photo rights and consent (important)

You may only upload photos that you own or have the right to use, and only of people who are adults (18+) and have given you permission to use their likeness this way. You must not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, or of anyone without their consent. You must not use the service to create content that is sexual, defamatory, harassing, or meant to deceive people into thinking an event really happened. You are responsible for what you upload and how you share the results, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your uploads.

2. AI-generated content

Videos are generated by AI and may be imperfect or vary between runs. Label them as AI-generated where platforms require it. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these terms, and we use automated safety checks.

3. Accounts, credits and payments

Previews are free and subject to daily limits. HD videos need credits bought via Stripe. Credits don’t expire and aren’t transferable. Failed renders are refunded as credits. For payment problems, contact us within 14 days.

4. Availability

We may pause generation (for example, when daily capacity is reached) or change models and prices. Paused generation never uses your credits.

5. Ownership

You keep your rights to your photos. To the extent we have rights in your generated video, we grant them to you for personal and commercial use. You grant us a limited license to process your files only to provide the service.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
