Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Photos you upload and the image we compose from them, plus the videos we generate.
• Email address if you sign in, to keep your credits and videos. When you Sign in with Google, we receive only your verified email address (and Google’s basic profile scope, which we don’t store) — never your Google password, and we don’t access your Google data.
• Payment data is handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Technical data: a hashed IP address and an anonymous device cookie, used only for abuse prevention and daily free-preview limits; Cloudflare Turnstile bot checks.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: create previews and videos, prevent abuse, process payments and answer support requests. Photos are sent to our AI video provider (fal.ai) only when you start a paid render, and only to produce your video. We do not use your photos to train models and we do not sell personal data.

Storage and deletion

Files are stored privately on Cloudflare R2. Unpaid previews are deleted automatically after about 7 days; generated videos are kept so you can download them again. Email support@zombiehugvideo.com to delete your account, photos or videos at any time.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, storage, bot protection), Google (optional sign-in), fal.ai (AI video generation), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare Email Service (login emails).

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.
